Sasha Brighton quits Da Nu Eagles band

Musician Sasha Brighton confirms the news of quitting Da nu Eagles band musical group that is headed by singer Geoffrey Lutaaya. The musician has affirmed that she is ready to run solo musical career with the major reason that made her exit the group kept confidential.


Meanwhile, the musical band that was initially headed by kadongo kamu Geofry Lutaya and his wife Irene Namatovu, singer Sasha Brighton has however embarked on building her solo career. It's now official that the songstress is no longer part of the band as per her social media post.

This is Sasha Brighton Kalungi a solo artist now
I’d like to thank my parents my brothers n sisters( De Nu Eagles family) n my fans for being co-operative for all these years av worked with u I know some will judge me while others will understand from today onwards I choose a solo career era am gonna be doing my music nga nze!!!
I thank u my parents okunfuula kyendi leero era I do appreciate u nsaba wemwajja Allah abadizeewo God bless u all
I love u De Nu Eagles family” Sasha Brighton affirmed on her instagram post.

Kasiano Wadri’s son narrates eye witness account

Arua municipality contestant Kasiano Wadri’s son, Saddam Buni has narrated on his Facebook page, the events that occurred last evening in Arua. Buni, a former Kyambogo university guild president stated that according to an eye witness, whose name has been withheld, there were no clashes leading to the shooting. “It’s not true there were any fighting. I have been sleeping at Pacific Hotel. When I went, everything was calm.  As I sat at the reception after arrival,  three boys arrived and told us Wadri’s supporter was shot”, he stated. According to the eye witness , he advised Hon. Zaake and Hon. Kyagulanyi Sentamu to go upstairs to their rooms and they obliged. The source further alleged that there was no fighting but shortly afterwards, the place was surrounded by security operatives while the dead body as in the car. Government mouthpiece, Ofwono Opondo is a smart man. While he was debating in TV talk shows about standards of Ugandan universities, the NRM diehard, li Ofwono’s daughter has graduated in Polish university,  Vistula . The proud father attended the 2017/18 graduation ceremony, this time not in Karamoja regalia but rather a black suit and yellow tie. According to online sources, in Poland, higher education is free for Polish students.  International students are required to pay tuition fees, which are typically in the range of US$2,300 (about Shs8.3m) -4,530 (Shs17m) per year at public universities. This actually makes Poland one of the cheapest places for international students. However, Vistula is a private university, nevertheless, it’s the only! Empowered with knowledge and skills, there is no doubt Mr. O.O’s daughter will be of great value to Uganda! Congratulations!
